Embed Google Maps
In this Tutorial I will show you How to Embed Google Maps in Responsive Websites
1.) Ensure that the map you’d like to embed appears in the current map display.
2.) Click the settings gear icon in the bottom right.
3.) Click Share and embed map.
4.) In the box that appears, make sure the Embed map tab is selected.
5.) Choose the embed size you want, then copy the HTML and paste the code into the source code of your website or blog.
Keep in mind that traffic information and some other Maps features may not be available in the embedded map.
Viewers of embedded maps
As a viewer of an embedded map, the map is built for you. Just like the new Google Maps, if you see a profile icon in the top right corner of the map, you may see content relevant to you, like your saved places and home address. This also means that if you interact with the map, such as starring a place, it’ll save that place for easy viewing in Google Maps for desktop or mobile.
If instead you see a blue Sign in button, you can sign in to Google to see content relevant to you. To sign in to an embedded map:
Open the webpage with the embedded map.
Click the Sign in button in the top right of the map.
Enter your information and click Sign in.
Your information is visible only to you. The third-party site can’t access your information.
To sign out of an embedded map:
Open the webpage with the embedded map.
Mouse over your profile link in the top right of the map.
Click Account or your Google+ profile link (if you have a Google+ account).
On the next page, click Sign out.
Return to the website with the embedded map and refresh the page.
